Tony Martinez (X User) Accuses NFL Star Steve Smith Sr. of Having an Affair with His Wife

Tony Martinez, an X user, has made explosive accusations against former Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Steve Smith Sr., claiming that Smith had an affair with his wife. In a tweet shared on February 21, 2025, Martinez called out Smith, alleging that his wife, who works for the Ravens’ Marching Band, met Smith through her job and that the affair had been ongoing. Martinez shared an alleged text exchange between his wife and Smith as proof, adding, “I got receipts, I got a lot more homie.”

Following the tweet, Martinez also posted a video of what he claims is a phone call in which he confronts Smith about the affair. In the video, the voice believed to be Smith apologizes while Martinez scolds him. The call, which lasts nearly 90 seconds, ends with no further conversation.

Martinez revealed that his wife is still part of the Ravens’ “Marching Ravens,” a musical group that performs at home games. The band, described on the team’s website as dedicated to creating a “traditional football atmosphere,” is composed of over 150 musicians and crew members.

As of now, Steve Smith Sr. has not responded to the allegations.
