Marlon Wayans Faces Custody Battle Over Secret 1 Year Old Daughter

Here we go again with the secret baby news. This time we have comedian and actor Marlon Wayans, being hit with legal papers by his alleged baby mama Brittany Moreland over custody of their one-year-old daughter. 

Radar Online dropped the scoop that Moreland filed a petition to establish Marlon as the father to her 1-year-old, Axl July Ivory Wayans.

Moreland is asking for primary physical and legal custody of the one year old and suggest Wayans be awarded visitation rights.

She has also asked that her legal fees and “reasonable expenses of pregnancy and birth” be paid by Marlon.

Moreland says Marlon earns $200,000 per month and can pay support. She revealed her monthly expenses total $21,000.

In a breakdown of her living and child care costs, Moreland estimated she spends $5,000 per month on rent and $9,000 on child care, groceries, and other necessities.

Who’s shocked about Marlon’s secret baby news? We definitely did not see this one coming.
