“Straight Outta Compton” Star Who Played Suge Knight Booked With Multiple Assault Charges After Restaurant Brawl

Looks like life may be imitating art for “Straight Outta Compton” actor R. Marcos Taylor. Taylor, who played Suge Knight in the film, has been accused of assaulting a restaurant manager as well as another woman. TMZ reports that the altercation took place at Carrabba’s Italian Grill in Green Brook, NJ where apparently Taylor got into a heated argument with the Grill’s manager.

The nature of the argument is unclear but witnesses say the actor was kicked out of the restaurant and that’s when the fight began. The manager was apparently punched repeatedly in the face and another woman was allegedly punched on the side of the head.

Of course Taylor is telling a different story, claiming that he acted in self defense because he was jumped in the parking lot.

He was charged with four counts of assault, one count of criminal mischief and one count of disorderly conduct.
