Keke Palmer and Darius Jackson Over? Keke Files for Full Custody of Their 8 Month Old Son

Are Keke Palmer and Darius Jackson really over? We’ve seen the drama unfold on social media after Darius expressed how he felt about Keke attending Usher’s Las Vegas show assed out. The two posted on social media having drinks for Palmer’s birthday so we thought they were on good terms. However, Keke is now seeking sole legal and physical custody of their 8-month-old son Leo Jackson. The court documents filed this week Thursday.
Keke has requested the “reasonable expenses of pregnancy and birth” be paid to her and both parties be responsible for their respective legal fees per the petition.
The documents also note that the court “may make orders” for child support and “issue an earnings assignment without further notice to either party.”
The filing comes after Jackson posted a series of cryptic tweets online.
He tweeted on Nov. 2, “Just thank God & keep it pushing” and reposted the day prior a tweet that read, “being betrayed by someone you loved really changes your mindset.”
It’s looking like it’s over for Keke Palmer and Darius Jackson. The break up statement is most likely coming soon.
