Jodie Turner-Smith Files For Divorce From Joshua Jackson, Wants Joint Custody Of Their Daughter

Looks like another celebrity couple is calling it quits. It has to be something in the Hollywood water because the amount of couples breaking up is at an all time high. Jodie Turner Smith has filed for divorce from Joshua Jackson after three years of marriage. She cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the separation. The petition also reportedly said she wants 50/50 shared custody of their three-year-old daughter.

There are no specifics of what caused the breakup, we hear Pacey has been up to no good and was cheating on low. Jodie was the one to propose to Joshua.

Joshuan revealed Jodie popped the question while on Jimmy Fallon,

“She asked me, yeah, on New Year’s Eve. We were in Nicaragua. It was very beautiful, incredibly romantic. We were walking down the beach, and she asked me to marry her.”
