Cardi B Testifies She Suffered Anxiety, Depression From YouTuber’s STD Claims

Cardi B is currently facing a court case and opens up about being suicidal from a 2018 blog post that accused her of being a prostitute. According to Billboard, it’s for the fourth day of her libel trial against YouTube personality and blogger Latasha Kebe, better known as Tasha K. In a blog post the blogger claimed the rapper had an STD and she was a prostitute.

“I felt extremely suicidal,” Cardi B told the jury, she felt powerless over the blogger’s constant slanderous posts about her. The blogger claimed she had herpes and she got bashed for kissing her daughter Kulture in an Instagram picture.

Cardi B’s attorneys are expected to rest their case today before adjourning until Jan. 18. Once that happens, Kebe’s attorneys will get to call their own witnesses, including Cardi B for cross-examination.
